Qué datos se tratan

Cuando visitas la web

El servidor guarda un registro técnico de cada petición: tu dirección IP, la fecha y la hora, la página pedida, tu navegador y la página de la que vienes.

Para qué: que la web funcione y detectar abusos o ataques.
Base legal: interés legítimo (art. 6.1.f RGPD).
Cuánto tiempo: se borra solo pasadas unas dos semanas (tres semanas como mucho). Las copias de seguridad del servidor pueden guardarlo un tiempo más: como mucho, 2 meses.

Cuando me escribes

Recibo lo que pongas en el correo: tu nombre, tu dirección de email y el mensaje.

Para qué: responderte y, si trabajamos juntos, preparar y llevar el proyecto.
Base legal: si me escribes por un posible proyecto, los pasos previos a un contrato (art. 6.1.b RGPD). Si me escribes por otra cosa, mi interés legítimo en responderte (art. 6.1.f RGPD).
Cuánto tiempo: 2 años si no llegamos a trabajar juntos. Si hay contrato, lo que forme parte de la contabilidad se guarda 7 años, como exige la ley fiscal neerlandesa.
Escribirme es voluntario. Sin tu email no puedo responderte; nada más.

El idioma

Tu navegador recuerda si ves la web en español o en inglés (localStorage, clave erm-lang). Ese dato se queda en tu dispositivo. No me llega. Lo borras al borrar los datos de este sitio en tu navegador.

Lo que no hago

No tomo decisiones automáticas sobre nadie ni hago perfiles.

Quién más los ve

Hetzner Online GmbH (Alemania) aloja la web y sus registros.
Microsoft (Microsoft 365) gestiona el correo. Si algún dato sale del Espacio Económico Europeo, se aplican las garantías del RGPD (Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE. UU. y cláusulas contractuales tipo).

Nadie más. Los enlaces a LinkedIn o Malt te llevan fuera de esta web. Allí se aplica su política.

Tus derechos

Puedes pedirme acceder a tus datos, corregirlos, borrarlos, limitar su uso, oponerte a su uso o llevártelos. Escribe a eric@ermconsulting.net. Te respondo en pocos días; la ley me da hasta un mes.

Si no estás de acuerdo con mi respuesta, puedes reclamar ante la Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (Países Bajos) o ante la autoridad de protección de datos de tu país.

What data is processed

When you visit

The server keeps a technical log of each request: your IP address, date and time, the page requested, your browser, and the page you came from.

Why: to keep the site running and to spot abuse or attacks.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long: deleted automatically after about two weeks (three weeks at most). Server backups may keep it a little longer: two months at most.

When you email me

I receive what you write: your name, your email address and your message.

Why: to reply and, if we work together, to prepare and run the project.
Legal basis: if you write about a possible project, steps before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you write about something else, my legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long: 2 years if we don't end up working together. If there's a contract, anything that forms part of the accounts is kept for 7 years, as Dutch tax law requires.
Writing to me is voluntary. Without your email I can't reply; that's all.

Language

Your browser remembers whether you view the site in Spanish or English (localStorage, key erm-lang). It stays on your device. It doesn't reach me. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes it.

What I don't do

I make no automated decisions about anyone and build no profiles.

Who else sees it

Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) hosts the site and its logs.
Microsoft (Microsoft 365) handles email. If any data leaves the European Economic Area, GDPR safeguards apply (EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses).

No one else. Links to LinkedIn or Malt take you off this site; their policies apply there.

Your rights

You can ask me to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to the use of, or export your data. Email eric@ermconsulting.net. I'll reply within a few days; the law gives me up to a month.

If you're not happy with my answer, you can complain to the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens or to the data protection authority in your country.
